Individual, Family, Couples Counseling Rates
$100 for a 50-minute session. Sliding scale is available for those who can demonstrate that they cannot afford my full rate.
Group Counseling Rates (Substance Abuse)
$30 for a 1.75 hour group session
Substance Abuse Evaluation Rates
Adult evaluations and D.O.T. evaluations include 1.5 to 2 hours for an office visit plus full, typed report for $250.
Juvenile evaluations include 1 to 1.5 hours for an office visit plus full, typed report for $125.
Mental Health Evaluation Rates
Evaluation includes 1.5 to 2 hours for an office visit plus full, typed report for $250.

Insurance and Sliding Scale (Reduced Fees)
In addition to private pay, I accept the following funding sources for my services:
For clients who do not have or do not wish to use insurance coverage, I can decrease my standard $100 fee in some cases, depending on the finanical circumstances of the individual.

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
